LibQUAL+ is a well-established survey developed by the Association of Research Libraries to assess library service quality and identify best practices. Over 1,340 libraries in 35 countries have already participated in LibQUAL+®, and your feedback will help us join this global effort to continuously improve.
The AUM Library values your input, and your feedback has directly led to positive changes in the past, such as enhanced study spaces, a more user-friendly website, additional Wi-Fi hotspots, and much more.
The survey will be open from March 24th to April 30th . The survey is available both
here and through a link in your email. We encourage you to take a few moments to share your thoughts. Your responses will provide essential insights that will guide our future decisions.
