Reference

Reference Desk, Second Floor, Library Tower                         (334) 244-3649

Reference houses the Library's non-circulating research collection. The reference staff assists patrons in locating books or articles, searching the various database, and conducting basic research.

CD-ROM databases are available in subject areas such as accounting, Alabama library holdings, books in print, business, census data, college catalogs, company information, criminal justice, education, international trade, legal information, literature, newspaper citations, nursing, occupations, OSHA regulations, periodical citations, poetry, psychology, quotations, Shakespeare, and taxation.

In addition to the CD-ROMS, the Library has access to several networks including the AUM campus network, AUBIE, the Internet, and OCLC.
