There was a 59% increase in the number of sessions for this year, although there was a 20% decrease in the number of searches conducted. One hypothesis for explaining this has been an increase in the number of library instruction sessions offered in Biology and Nursing. The end users are being better trained in formulating their searches and are able to hone in on their topic more efficiently.
