The Betty J. Tims Friends of the AUM Library Faculty & Staff Service Awards are given to employees who demonstrate the following characteristics:
- For outstanding dedication to activities and functions which lead to an improvement in library services to patrons;
- For dedicated effort in providing or improving access to the holdings of the AUM Library;
- For offering quality suggestions which result in more efficient and/or more cost effective library operations;
