Access Services & Reserves
The Access Services Desk is located on the first floor of the Library Tower. At the Access Services Desk, materials are charged out to library borrowers. Access Services also houses items placed on reserve, current newspapers, selected current journals, and various special formats such as audiovisual materials.

Policies
Policies for AUM and AU Faculty and Staff
With a valid I.D. card, AUM or Auburn faculty and staff may borrow a total of 100 items for a loan period of 90 days. Overdue fines accrue at $.25 per day for each item borrowed. This policy applies to both AUM Library and Auburn University libraries. (Barcodes are available at the cashier's office.)Policies for AUM and Auburn Students
With a valid I.D. card, AUM students may borrow a total of 50 items for a loan period of 28 days. Overdue fines accrue at $.25 per day for each item borrowed.Policies For Other User Categories (includes the following:)

Interlibrary Loan
Welcome to the AUM library's Interlibrary Loan (ILL) department. The AUM Interlibrary Loan Department is dedicated to locating and borrowing materials to meet the information needs of students, faculty, and staff. The Library also lends its resources to libraries across the nation and around the world to support global education.
