About Live Chat
AUM Library Live Chat is intended to answer requests for brief, factual information (such as who, what, when where), or information regarding Library policies and procedures.
For in-depth questions, users should:
- Visit the Reference Desk
- Make an appointment with a librarian
Please note that questions from in-person visitors at the Reference Desk have priority over chat/instant messaging requests for information. If you do not receive an immediate response from a librarian during our regular live chat service hours, please be patient and we will respond to your request.
